Choshiman Taib

Lab Technician in training

I am looking forward to learning all these new techniques

I am a student at medi in Bern, studying biomedical analytics. Right now, I am in my third and last year of studies. In my last two internships I worked in a private diagnostic laboratory in the fields of haematology, clinical chemistry and immunohaematology. In the next six months I will be researching the function of TRPM4, an ion channel linked to various cardiac dysfunctions. For the experiments I will use methods such as Biotinylation Assay, Western Blot, Protein Half-Life Determination and Immunocytochemistry.

When I am not in the lab, I enjoy meeting my friends and spending time with my family.
